This website was created to provide information about my Stanley and Steam cars in general. Other websites which I have linked are certainly more developed and should be investigated by those interested. About 14,000 Stanley Steam Cars were built between 1898 and 1924 by the Stanley Motor Carriage Company of Newton, Massachusetts. Only about 600 Stanleys still exist world wide. I am the proud owner of one of these unique automobiles. It is a 1924 Stanley Steamer Model 750A Phaeton 5-passenger touring car with a California (fixed) top. Nineteen twenty four (1924) was the final year the Stanley Motor Carriage Company produced Stanleys. During that year ownership was transferred to the Steam Vehicle Corporation. In 1924 - 102 steam cars were manufactured. My car was production number 91. Literally one of the last Stanleys made.
